Bed was comfy, and the staff was amiable! It's 5 mins walk to the center. In the evening we visited Fitzroy, set a short walk to the hotel. Furthermore, we could use free Wi-Fi.

Enjoyed the place, had a such great stay for one night. The location was central, just off the Safe Harbour Inn and the ferry. Also, we were at a walking distance from a ruined castle.

Consider taking advantage of the shuttle bus service if you're visiting during rain. It made getting back uphill much easier.

Great location and fab staff!
Had a lovely 3 nights here. The room was super comfy and clean. It was nice and quiet, a bonus. Loved how close we were to everything, and the breakfast options were tasty! Only thing was the stairways were a bit narrow, but overall, it didn't really bother me.

The breakfast was excellent, and we loved the cozy lounge area for evening chats. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky, so arrive early to grab a good spot.
The entrance felt a bit scruffy, so that was a slight letdown upon arrival.

The smart dining room had a great view over the fowey river, and the breakfast menu was realy good. Staff were friendly and made it a nice pub atmosphere. There's adequate parking which is a big plus. Not far from the harbour, so it's really convenient. Had a decent stay for the price we paid.
But the wifi was basically non-existant, like totally useless. The room we stayed in was kind of cramped for two adults, a bit hard to move around.
